The Firm’s main fields of practice include Property & Conveyancing, Banking & Finance, Corporate & Commercial, Trusts, Wills & Probates and Civil & Banking Litigation. The Firm is on the panel of most major banks and financial institutions in Malaysia. It has represented financial institutions as well as private and government entities in various commercial and financial transactions. The Firm’s role includes general advisory work, drafting and negotiations of documents and agreements for clients. The Firm has acted for all parties - banks, developers, vendors and purchasers, and various stakeholders - providing each with efficient and professional service. For over 10 years, the Firm is also dedicated to handle contract and commercial matters especially for companies and agencies related to the State Government of Malacca pertaining to joint ventures, privatizations, partnerships and business collaborations in Malacca. Led by Datuk Adillah, the Firm’s key strength is in negotiating, drafting and finalizing agreements and contracts between business partners. The Firm’s litigation department specializes in civil and banking litigation with matters successfully litigated for banks and corporations up to the Federal Court. Several cases handled by Datuk Adillah had been reported in Malaysian Law Journals.
