Mr. Akmal Hakim Ahmad Zaharim

Mr. Akmal graduated from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. He joined the Firm as a Legal Associate assisting in the Litigation department. Mr. Akmal conducts legal research, and he assists in the drafting and filing of cause papers for corporations, banks and financial institutions in the Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts and High Courts.

He is proficient in handling matters of Succession and Estate Planning. He is experienced in drafting, finalizing, and filing of cause papers for applications for grant of administration of estates. He has also been proactive in giving advice regarding the selection of administrators and the distribution of assets in an estate in a manner which best suits the needs of the aggrieved families.

He has represented corporations and individual clients in the Magistrates Courts, Sessions Courts and High Courts in hearings of Debt Recovery and Family matters.
