Ms. Fithriyaani Hafzhan Mohd Shaari

A Bit About Me

Ms. Fithriyaani holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from International Islamic University of Malaysia as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DLSA) from University Teknologi Mara. Her area of practice is civil and banking litigation, debt recovery proceedings, drafting and filing of cause papers for banks and financial institutions.

Ms. Fithriyaani conducts legal research, drafting and filing of cause papers for corporations, banks, and financial institutions for both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has gained some experience in conducting contentious matters from subordinate courts to the High Court of Malaya.
