Ms. Asalina Jaafar

Ms. Asalina heads the Property Conveyancing Department of the Firm. Her experience includes advising clients on matters pertaining to general conveyancing, property transaction, Banking and Finance relating to financing purchase of residential and commercial properties, bridging finance for property development and corporate financing. Ms. Asalina is proficient in negotiating, drafting, preparing and finalizing agreements involving conveyance of properties and real estate.

She leads our team of experienced Conveyancing staffs in the preparation and perfection of agreements and loan documentations for banks and financial institutions for both conventional and Islamic financing. She has extensive experience in assisting the Firm’s non-citizen clients to acquire properties in Malaysia, particularly in Melaka.

Being in legal practice for over 10 years, she has also gained some experience in civil and banking litigation matters for banks, financial institutions and corporations in numerous cases in Subordinate Courts and High Courts.
