Ms. Siti Noor Aisyah Ab Razak

Ms. Aisyah graduated from the Northern University of Malaysia. She primarily leads the team to handle all stages of debt recovery proceedings for High Court and Land Office foreclosure proceedings, private auctions and post-auction procedures and insolvency proceedings.

Ms. Aisyah also conducts legal research, drafting and filing of cause papers for corporations, banks and financial institutions for both contentious and non contentious matters. She has gained some experience in conducting contentious matters up to the Court of Appeal.
